Update Wednesday (late)

#fruits and veggies

It was supposed to only consume fruits and veggies, but I ate some and energy drink ( I had some kind of hangover from Tuesday hahaha )and oat too =/

Intake = 402 cal =(

but my weight dropped to 56.150 kg =)

It’s so exciting to be hit by a motorcycle :S

Yesterday I was crossing the street when a motorcycle hit me and knocked me down on the floor…it was nothing so serious, but hit my shoulder and hurt as fuck my knee, so no exercises until tomorrow =(

I hope it get better soon!


Update Tuesday (very late =/)

B = 207 cal

L = 222 cal

S = 251 cal

Then I went to my friend’s b-day, and ate fried calamari and beer, so I think that must have passed 1200 cal =(

Weight  (approx.) = 57.05 Kg
